*Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration: 1 year* * * This is an opportunity to help build and expand on the company’s utilization of BizTalk with a focus on Service Oriented Architecture. This position will be supporting the integration development efforts to support consumerism and the Health Care Exchange. This individual will use their experience to ensure best practice for Integrating Applications with BizTalk. This position analyzes designs, develops, modifies and maintains application software. Requires proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT change control procedures. Able to organize and assist in leading small to medium scale Application Development efforts, solving complex business needs with technical solutions. Represents team in small and medium size projects that cross team boundaries. Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues quickly, summarizing and reporting results to IT management. Communicates and collaborates effectively within and across team boundaries, including IT management, as appropriate. Provides peer mentoring to junior staff as appropriate. We are looking for: 1. Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 7 Years of development experience*.* 3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Application Design, Development and Messaging patterns with BizTalk 2006R2/2009/2010. 4. Experience with implementing Business Rules Engine (BRE) 5. Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/WSDL), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) 6. Working experience with ESB Toolkit. 7. Experience integrating with real-time and web service interfaces, CRM or ERP Platforms. 8. Experience with XML, EDI or other industry transaction formats. 9. Previous experience in Health Insurance Industry(Optional) 10.
