The initiative will be to lead and manage enhancements to Prudential’s Employee Portal. Although the focus will be on overall Project Management and coordination, also important is that the candidate possess web site content management knowledge and experience; advise on content redesign recommendations; ensure that recommendations result in significant enhancements to the user experience. Must be able to effectively engage and coordinate with web site content owners and other cross functional resources to implement content changes and new features. *Job Requirements:* Required Skills: Experienced in project managing complex business and online/digital initiatives to include developing the project plan, identifying and mitigating emerging risks, and tracking and communicating status on each work stream of the project. Project or Program Managed Portal implementations or redesigns Demonstrated ability in managing and influencing others not within the direct reporting lines Ability to effectively work with all levels of an organization Experienced in change management processes Strong negotiation, interpersonal, partnership, and communications skills Experience and knowledge with social media, search engine optimization and mobile applications for HR Experienced in leading strategic initiatives with budgets in excess of $1 million and durations of more than 12 months.
