Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication. Experience with business process, workflow analysis and system modeling tools (i.e., Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, Process Maps, context diagrams, UML diagrams, ERD, Data Models, Use Case Models and Scenarios) Experience analyzing business processes, workflows and evolving operations using process improvement preferably using standardized methodologies. Good perception of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology including: requirements, design, development, test, implementation, rollout and production / application support Working knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies including waterfall, iterative and agile Working knowledge of IV&V methodology Hands on with prototyping and wireframing. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, procedures, and documentation Demonstrated experience writing test plans, test requirements and test cases Knowledge of automated testing methods and creating scripts using Load Runner, Load UI, Rational Functional Tester, SilkTest, Mercury QTP or other tools Demonstrated knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested Effective in verbal and written communication Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability. Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
