Experience with PeopleSoft Purchasing. PeopleSoft Services Procurement and International(multicurrency) experience is a plus Candidate will be responsible for primary support of the Procurement, eProcurement, Services Procurement, Accounts Payable and Supplier Contract management modules for installation of PeopleSoft 9.1. There will be secondary support and frequent interaction with members supporting the Asset Management module. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing new or changes to business processes within the procurement system, gathering and documenting requirements, and interfacing with end users, development staff and other Corporate System and IT staff. Tasks will include maintenance of Global configuration for modules identified including Business Unit and Product related setup data, monitoring and support of PeopleSoft jobs (batch jobs, reports, and interfaces), workflow troubleshooting and design input, and the building of queries for end users. This is primarily a functional position but technical development experience is a plus. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Able to solve complex problems. Prepares detailed specs which will be used to program. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs. Provides guidance and training to less experienced programmers.
