IBM BPM/ Lombardi specific current experience of 5+ years spanning IBM and Lombardi suite of BPM products - 5 yrs BPM Background and Experience including: o 2 yrs of business process modeling experience, o 3 yrs of Lombardi Teamworks or IBM BPM solutions development - Two or more years technical team leadership - Understanding and ability to Architect BPM integrations via an IBM SOA infrastructure - Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object Oriented concepts - Implementation knowledge of Java/J2EE - Relevant technical certification in IBM BPM v7.5 or higher - Good command on Web technologies including knowledge on Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications. - Comfortable with System Administration and ability to demonstrate IBM BPM infrastructure installation, setup, and configuration - Ability to program a IBM BPM based solution considering the present application scenario and business requirements - Expertise in developing detailed flows and activities for requirements within IBM BPM - Ability to program integrations with external applications and systems using connectors and integration services Other Desired Qualifications: . IBM Service Bus integration development experience including one of: o DataPower o AS2, AS3, SFTP and EDI Protocol o protocols, service request routing, and message transformations o MQ and Message Broker .
