Implement an HR SaaS (Software as a Service) package module from SuccessFactors (by SAP) called Performance & Goals. This is NOT an installation. SuccessFactors is a SaaS environment which runs across the web. This package with be used to perform employee evaluations in the client’s branch offices. This project involves implementing, training and supporting the expansion of the SaaS system module.
