Role : *Java/J2EE* Developer ( *Locals Prefered* ) Duration : 6 Months Location : *Charlotte ,NC* *Description :* *Targeted Skills & Competencies:* Minimum of 7 years of Java/J2EE development. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated experience. *Expected Responsibilities:* Object Oriented Development skills, specifically coding experience in Java/J2ee applications. UI development experience, specifically web-based front end, with experience in HTML, Javascript and CSS. Database development experience, with ORACLE experience preferred. Knowledge of Integrated Development Environments (IDE's), specifically Eclipse. Linux and Windows Systems Administration. Experience with Source Control and Build Systems. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* Experience in Systems Design, Development and implementation in enterprise computing environments. Create technical documentation and participate in the collection of requirements. Responsible for achieving specific outcomes as directed by the development manager or technical lead. Ability to take direction and work independently in achieving stated objectives. Interact with internal customers to ensure customer implementations are successful. Verify, document and resolve bugs. *Suggested Experience & Qualifications:* Strong Customer Interaction Skills; Experience implementing enterprise computing solutions; excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional consulting experience; development and application lifecycle management experience; ability to work independently; proven team player; proven ability to solve problems and learn new technologies. Must have proven experience and skills in Web-based UI development (HTML, Javascript, CSS) and database development (ORACLE).
