Job Description: Seeking a .NET Programmer responsible for designing and developing software and web pages based on given performance requirements and design. The .Net Programmer must have strong communication skills to interact with business analysts and vendors while gathering technical system specifications. Skills: At least 4+ years experience developing web applications using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SQL, AJAX, HTML, and CSS. Additional skills such as ACORD, Active Directory, Message Queuing, PDF Document generation, and WCF would be beneficial. Specific work elements of the position as a .NET programmer include but are not limited to the following: Ability to gather and understand requirements, development of software and web pages, implementation and support; actively participating in database design, data loading and design layout; be able to work individually and on team projects; verify accuracy, safety and completeness of projects by implementing comprehensive testing and sample data; providing source code and formal documentation.
