*PROJECT OVERVIEW
**The corporation is focused on a 5 year inventory initiative to improve
cash flow and the balance sheet. This effort includes a goal to improve
inventory turns 50% in 5 years that started in FY13. A key component of
this imitative is field inventory. This project is to provide the Sales
team with inventory visibility and tools to aid in achieving the
initiative.
*
*The goals of this project are to:
**1) Design, develop and implement a dashboard in SalesForce.com that
visually displays a sales person’s on hand inventory relative to target.
(Phase 1)
2) Create a work flow approval process to handle inventory target changes
in SalesForce.com to automate and track change requests and approvals.
(Phase 1)
3) Develop and implement a “what if” scenario analysis tool that allows a
user to develop different scenarios to determine the right sized inventory
level. (Phase 2)

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
**·         Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of assigned
project.
·         Take projects from original concept through final implementation
and provide a single point of contact for those projects.
·         Develop high level proposals, and define project scope and
objectives.
·         Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates,
resource plans, and status reports.
·         Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking
and analysis.
·         Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of
problems.
·         Typically lead cross-functional linked teams to address business
or systems issues.

*MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
**•       Responsible for all phases of the project while providing a
single point of contact for the project (includes developing project
timelines, obtaining resources, and managing the project budget).
•       Foster strong working relationships with clients and project team
to meet project expectations regarding scope, schedule and budget.
•       Facilitate the governance over an audience focused solution
platform.
•       Define project scope and objectives, along with the applicable
detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
•       Work independently with end-users and business partners to
understand requirements and design and estimate solutions.
•       Follow our engagement management model, as well as ensure it is
aligned with corporate engagement models.
•       Establish a close relationship across businesses and with top
management, both IT and business, to ensure strategic and tactical plans
are in place, appropriate and executable.
