*Job Description:**We have an immediate need for a Data Warehouse
Architect/Designer in Woodlawn, MD*
*Position –Data Warehouse (DW/BI) Architect/Designer*
*Location: Woodlawn, MD*
*Duration: 9+ month *
*Candidates must be able to come on-site to interview in Maryland *
*Job Requirements:* *Requirements:*
- Must possess at least 10 years’ experience in data modeling and data
architecture
- Experienced in a DW/BI for analysis/design of and implementation of
Logical and Physical Data Models, including Relational and Dimensional
Models, Mapping Documents, BI Objects, Data Quality Rule enforcement, etc.
- Experienced in Metadata management across ErWin, Oracle,
Informatica and MicroStrategy
- Experience in testing methodologies for the proposed designs
- Strong Hands-on experience using data modeling tools, preferably ERWin
- Must possess at least 7 years hands on experience with the
implementation of Data Models within Oracle 10G or above
- Strong Background in SQL Commands and Database (Oracle 10g or 11g)
- Strong ETL Experience in Informatica 9 or above
- Experience in Business Intelligence using MicroStrategy 9 and above
• Must possess at least 5 years’ experience in creating Informatica ETL
designs and MicroStrategy Reports and Dashboard designs
• Experience in Dimensional Data Models, Data Dictionary, Metadata
• Knowledge, Understanding, and Enforcement of Full Life Cycle
Development Methodologies and Process
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Capabilities
• Team Player and Ability to work in a dynamic environment
