Knowledge of Interfaces - Inbound & Outbound is essential. - Implement Gates across various regions going live. Currently China and few European countries are going live. - Support UAT testing by ERP Users. - Work with the ERP end users and Oracle Integration team to set up the interfaces for various regions. - Daily calls with the ERP team to inform them about the progress. Late evening calls for Asian countries are also required from time to time. - Support Production support Issues for regions which are already on Gates.
