(Call Manager, voice gateways, Peripheral gateways, ICM, CTI servers, HDS, SIP Proxy, IVR.) - Experience with workforce management solutions and voice recording systems (NICE) a plus. - Working familiarity with network concepts – routing, switching, IP addressing - Experience with virtual server environments (VMware, etc.) - Experience with Cisco UCS hardware a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to function in a multi-sourced, multi-vendor environment Thanks!
