In other words, permitted to fly home every other weekend. 1. *Project Scope (Provider will not perform Services in any jurisdiction until it has obtained all regulatory approvals and licenses required by the Gaming Authorities in that jurisdiction.)* a. Manage and participate in the Maximo pilot project at Company in Las Vegas, NV. b. In conjunction with PMO, IT Support, and Property leadership, develop schedule by property, by department to meet the overall project rollout objective. c. Coordinate and manage the efforts of the three vendors – to ensure a quality/ fully integrated solution is delivered on time, on budget to the business according to the objectives set forth by the approved project. d. Identify, assist in recruiting, and transition support for Maximo for IT infrastructure (Database, Middleware, OS and platform), as well as Maximo system administration into the IT support organization. 2.* Services, Materials and/or Documents to be provided by Provider (except for Deliverables, Provider will retain sole and exclusive ownership of all of Provider’s IP rights therein)* a. This position will serve as the Project Manager during the pilot deployment and ultimately full (multi-property) implementation of the Maximo project. b. This project will include all modules as currently agreed upon in the vendor contracts associated with facility maintenance and in future phases, may include additional modules/functionality. c. The Project Manager will lead all efforts in this system-wide implementation. d. Provide the leadership, vision, coordination, and oversight of all technical and functional teams, including internal employee and external implementation vendors. e. Utilize project-planning methodologies, coordinate necessary resources with department management of functional leads, and ensure preparation and dissemination of project documentation (e.g. project charter, work breakdowns, project schedules, status reports, communication plans, test plans, risk registers and mitigation, etc). f. Responsible and accountable for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and successful completion of this multi-year project. g. Serve as the point of contact for the Business implementation teams - requiring constant communication and collaboration with business areas affected by process change. h. Expected to operate somewhat independently with minimal guidance, on a wide variety of duties requiring judgment, initiative, independence, ingenuity, innovation, discretion and confidentiality.
