Lead overall User Acceptance Testing and Integrated Regression Testing . Participate in requirements, design and specification reviews . Manage the business testing project planning by writing test plans and test cases for integration of Banking with Retail wealth management modules for the mobile project, based on project requirements and stories . Coordinate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business and other key stake holders about the test strategy and keep them posted on the status of the project . Create and manage test data. . Manage test plan and execute test cases as per plan and document test results . Conduct meetings to review, triage and prioritize incidents with developers , business and key stake holders . Use and leverage in-house test tools and techniques Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred. . 4+ years of business experience in Capital Markets . Strong experience in managing End User testing . Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Waterfall or Agile) . Experience with mobile application technology is preferred . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Comfortable with public speaking and leading/owning a process . Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products . Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/process issues/improvements to accomplish business objectives.
