Must have previous experience evaluating existing platforms for mail, mobility, voice, and instant messaging, identifying requirements for new unified communications deployment and integration and establishing new system and functional requirements for Lync deployment and integration. Hands on experience developing detailed design documentation, developing detailed test plans for system and functional testing, and developing implementation plans and baseline configuration for integrating with the client infrastructure required.
