* Need Minimum 7-9 Years of Experience* * * *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * • Experience translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs. • Experience with asynchronous web frameworks. • Have developed or supported operationally critical UI applications. • Development of custom web parts. • Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability. • Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues • Keen eye for cutting edge imagery, layout, typography, color, and otherwise solid understanding of visual communication. • Knowledge of evolving Web standards, HTML5 + CSS3 • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced and team-based environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines * * *Roles and responsibility * • Translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs. • Apply User Centered Design strategies to define, model, design and code intuitive, functional, and well-designed web and application interfaces. • Understand, analyze and provide recommendations for improvement of existing processes and process integration while translating Business/Department needs into features and customizations for their sites/Applications. *Desirable Technical / Functional Skills * Work with different teams – Business, Solutions and team of Architects to create overall user interface, design/develop the UI with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
