Our Client is seeking a QA Analyst for their current project. Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Must be EAD, GC, or Citizens) Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 18 months Openings: 1 Target Start Date: Immediate The QA Analyst will be responsible for monitoring servers and managing the operational aspects of the system; resolving user issues by training users on the correct functionality of the system or by working with developers to resolve system issues; and working with various IT groups to coordinate user support and application releases. *Required Skills:* * * · 5+ years experience in application support working directly with users and system developers · 3+ years experience working with SQL · 1-3 years experience working with automation tools (prefer QTP)(VB Script) · High level of organization, detail oriented and ability to work well in a high-pressure environment · Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skill are critical · Experience in the fixed income industry highly desirable Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
