*Please send resume to [email protected] * Job Title: Lead Business Analyst with HEALTHCARE Location: Danville, PA Duration: 6 months Contract *MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE* Demonstrates ability to successfully perform the Business Analyst function on multiple IT projects of varying size and scope including large enterprise wide projects. Must possess position-level appropriate verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, planning, documentation and problem solving skills, and the ability to bring a team to consensus. Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a diplomatic and tactful way. Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Demonstrates capability to successfully handle multiple teams and multiple tasks simultaneously and under strict deadlines. Demonstrates proven ability to mentor and teach less seasoned Business Analysts. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Translates functional business specifications into clear and concise technical specifications for use by system developers and configuration specialists. 2. Facilitates joint requirements planning/business requirements gathering sessions. 3. Works with project team and management to identify and document benefits, costs and risks associated with solution alternatives. 4. Holds regular meetings with users and other project team members. Create agenda and conduct meetings in an effective and efficient manner. 5. Resolves and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors. 6. Delivers full project objectives on time and within budget. 7. Performs translation of use case to user acceptance testing requirements and regression testing results. 8. Coordinates testing with users and technical staff. 9. Mentors and teaches less seasoned Business Analysts. 10. Evaluates and makes suggestions for additions and improvements to client's PMM. 11.
