A minimum of 5+ years of *Salesforce*.com experience is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development/information technology environment. Formal certifications like *Salesforce*.com Certified *Developer*, * Salesforce*.com Certified Advanced Administrator, etc. are preferable. • Strong programming experience and knowledge of SQL, scripting and SFDC programming environments (Apex, Visual Force, etc.) required. Experience with *SalesForce*.com development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience, required. • Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs and systems engineering principles required.
