This resource should have a very good working experience and hands-on on these modules. Must have 3-5 implementations of Oracle HRMS, 3-5 Implementations of Oracle Payroll, and 3-5 Implementations of Oracle Advanced Benefits. Proven experience completing annual enrollments for Advanced Benefits. Experience with Year End processing for Oracle Payroll (Preferably in US and Australia). Experience with R12 Upgrade for HRMS, Payroll, and OAB. Experience equal to completing implementation in India, Thailand, and Canada.
