S. Citizen due to the nature of Job* *Basic Qualifications:* ** 1. The QA Test Lead should be able to interface with the IT project team as well as business users. 2. As a team lead will oversee a small team testing in the healthcare industry. 3. The position will be involved in creating the use cases or requirements, responsible for test scenarios, test cases and analyzing test data adhering to industry accepted testing methodologies and procedures. Will also execute tests. 4. Will coordinate and participate in knowledge acquisition activities and environment, data and tool setup. 5. The QA Test Lead will have a thorough knowledge of Quality Center and will use it to execute scripts and analyze test results. 6. As a team member will work effectively to collaborate on progress in achieving project goals. 7. Must also have the ability to do Root Cause Analysis and report status to project managers. * Skills:* 1. Experience in defining Test Strategy and Approach documentation. 2. Strong knowledge of industry-defined Testing Services/Methodologies. 3. Testing experience (Planning, Test Case design, execution, defect management). 4. Experienced in Team Management (test team size > 15). 5. Project management experience (preferred). 6. Strong Client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written). 7. Experience with implementation of onsite-offshore testing model. 8. Automation strategy. 9. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Mercury, Compuware, Rational, Segue). 10. Previous experience conducting due diligence exercise for Testing strategy/assessment. 11. Ability to prioritize and multi-task across several concurrent projects. 12. Experience in improving the overall SDLC approach (process re-engineering). 13. Insurance domain knowledge. 14. HIPAA compliance knowledge. *Required Qualifications:* 1. Test Management - Test Management Best Practices - Minimum 5 Years Required. 2. Test Management - Test Plan Creation - Minimum 3 Years Required. 3.
