.Net Developer Duration: 12 Months+ Experience: 8+ yrs Location: Houston, TX Skills: C#.NET, Winforms -- 3+ years of .NET Windows Forms experience IS A MUST - Database proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or later) IS A MUST as well as 6+ years of .NET experience, including 5+ years of working with C#. Familiarity with .NET typed datasets, multi-thread programming, ClickOnce deployment and .NET Remoting. WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) experience is a plus but not required. Strong object-oriented design and patterns in .NET. Familiarity with distributed enterprise applications. Tasks: Primary responsibilities will be to work on performance enhancements, application scalability and providing operational support. Candidate will also assist with implementing business process changes as well as proposing and designing technical solutions. Additional responsibilities may include creating new system components, enhancing existing components, providing remediation for existing system issues and participating in peer reviews (both code and design reviews).
