I have an open 6 month contract in Waltham MA for a Healthcare ETL developer. Below is the description. *ETL/Interface Developer – Client Integration* Position Description My client is looking for bright and energetic individuals to build a suite of ETL solutions utilizing Orion’s Rhapsody Integration Engine - focusing on healthcare data integration. These solutions will integrate new client data feeds and new feeds for existing clients for two of our flagship products – Population Manager (PM) & Risk Manager (RM). • Support the implementation of new clients for the PM and RM products. • Validate and ensure proper metadata configuration for new client data sources – including (but limited to) Professional Claims (837), Lab results, Pharmacy Claims, and EMR Data. • Work with HL7 and 837 standard data formats. • Build a repository of reusable ETL processes targeting key implementation data sources. • Work collaboratively with internal teams on improving operational performance. • Support Production Support team and Data Analysts in regards to data analysis/troubleshooting the ETL/Interface processes. • Develop/maintain ETL/Interface process documentation. • Train/mentor other ETL/Interface developers, Production Support and Data Analysts on the various ETL processes as they are developed. • Develop standard and reusable Data Quality checks for the developed ETL solutions. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements • 2+ Years work experience working within healthcare. • 2+ Years work experience with ETL processes and data loading. • Experience with Orion Rhapsody Integration Engine (desired). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be able to work with a technical team and be willing to mentor other technical resources. • Solid understanding of application, data, and systems integration. Additional Requirements (pluses) • Experience with MS SQL Server is a big plus. • Experience with JavaScript, Java, or C#. • Experience with MS SSIS. • Experience with SVN. • Experience with HL7 messaging standards (version 2.x, version 3 and CCD/CDA). • Orion Rhapsody Certification is a MAJOR plus. • HL7 Certification is a big plus. • Experience working with Healthcare data.
