Thanks* * * * * * * * * I have a customer in Farmington CT that needs an EDI Analyst who has strong Healthcare background for a long term assignment. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and would prefer that they are already in the NY or CT area already. Rate will be $45 /hr Co to Co all inclusive. Please let me know if you have anyone. Thanks 1. Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of EDI Applications. - ideal hours 7:00 a.m. EST - 4:00 p.m. EST 2. Works closely with business areas, IT Analysts and the Application Developers in resolution of all production issues to assure a stable operating environment, and deliver results consistent with Service Level Agreements. 3. Responsible for timely communication of all EDI production issues and resolution strategies to business partners. Includes identifying and gathering key stakeholders for each relevant production issue on EDI to assess the issue(s) and making key resources and business associates aware and informed of the production problem, while working with the key stakeholder team to implement the appropriate fix. *Technical Knowledge, Experience, Skill Requirements* 1. Bachelor’s Degree. BS, MIS or equivalent business experience. 2. Familiarity with IT applications for *healthcare operations/service and EDI are key prerequisites.* 3. BizTalk knowledge is a plus but not required. 4. SQL Knowledge for database query is required. 5. 10+ years’ information technology implementation, production operations and vendor management experience. Ability to manage projects using both internal and external service providers. 6. Ability to participate proactively in business process. Strong business judgment and ability to plan and implement technology according to a full life-cycle business case model. 7. Very strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain relationships with demanding business partners, who have a high reliance on and high expectations of their information technology partners. 8. Ability to gain respect through owning problems and delivering results - consistently and routinely. 9. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills. 10. .Ability to independently exercise judgment and discretion. 11. .Proficient with personal computers & technology.
