Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 8/2014 Max Rates: $50/hr C2C Milestone Deliverable(s): • Tools Planning: Develop requirements and recommend implementation plan for Requirements Management tools and process (for Portfolio planning to Release Execution traceability) using Rally tool • Administer Rally tool: This includes but not limited to supporting tool access, customize views, planning, tracking development, tracking dependent factories, training, and reporting • Coach new and current Rally users on best practices: This includes but not limited to becoming tier 1 support to users, advise on better way to manage projects and bring individuals and teams up to speed on managing their projects via Rally tool • SharePoint site Creation and Maintenance: Create sub-sites and pages for AT&T SharePoint, identify creative solutions related to design, format. Layout, and functionality Responsibilities: • Weekly status reports • Set up templates/ basic reporting/ tracking • Identify stakeholders & establish a communications calendar • Create Rally best practices • Coach teams on Rally best practices (tracking projects: planning and development) • Define and document project goals • Define and document project scope • Document project team and stakeholders (RACI) • Define and document major milestones and corresponding dates • Document project phases for each work component • Manage and control project costs, schedule and technical performance of the project team • Facilitating executives’ bi-weekly meetings. This is extremely sensitive meeting with AT&T VPs of cross business units, conducted to reach a decision on the prioritization of the APIs that need to be realized and exposed through BlackFlag.
