We are seeking a SME in Application Packaging. Skills in SCCM 2012 are ideal but we will consider someone who has solid SCCM 2007 skills. Required skills: MSI and EXE application packaging / repackaging experience using Admin Studio/InstallShield Strong experience working with PowerShell and VB Scripting languages Excellent skills in Software Distribution and extensive experience in packaging applications for a large corporate environment Full understanding of downloading and deploying MS patches using WSUS within SCCM Basic understanding of Active Directory Infrastructure and GPO Expert level deployment knowledge required for assisting in architecting, planning, testing and deploying solutions Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in SCCM , Imaging automation, packaging, local application virtualization, and troubleshooting utilities Deep knowledge of Windows Client Imaging and Deployment Microsoft SCCM 2012 OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience Large customer deployment experience in complex environments Experience managing an OS image for large corporate environments Deep knowledge of MDT and SCCM/Configuration Manager Experience with MDOP and client virtualization technologies Experience with deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting A working knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access Architecting, implementing, testing and documenting OS configuration, imaging and deployment lifecycle Client imaging and support for deployments. Provide support for the testing and documentation of client OS imaging lifecycle Experience developing SCCM reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for Software and hardware Inventory-Workstation and Server configurations Workstation and Server client health Patch Management Expert Troubleshooting experience with system/application issues of medium-level and high-level complexity and escalate issues appropriately Seeking the following traits: Needs hands-on knowledge Quick learner Needs to be flexible with schedule/workload Needs to be confident Will be expected to work on multiple tasks (there are 7 individuals on the team and each of them handle 8-10 projects at a time) Needs to be self directed Needs to be able to handle 'requirements through deployment' phases, determining WHAT needs to be packaged and HOW to package.
