*Job Description:*

·         Must have experience in / be extremely competent in:

      o    Regression Testing.

   o    Working with / testing on legacy system(s)

   o    Strong data structure knowledge and abilities.

   o    Know interfaces / integration / system touch-points.

   o    Development.

   o    Programming.

   o    Communicating risks.

   o    Have outstanding communication skills.

   o    Ability to work alone AND in a team environment effectively.

   o    Must have ability to be a “Lieutenant” – meaning consultants must
have the ability to make decisions and work with little to no direction,
but also to know that when they hit a wall, to

          talk/work with Team Lead.

      o    Have ability to attend meetings and clearly articulate what
needs to occur in order to be successful.

   o    Strong negotiating skills (especially in a meeting / conference
room environment)

·         Costco has customized their systems to the point where they need
some serious help in moving forward with their new systems that are either
tied back to their legacy systems or that tie       back to the AS 400
I-Series Platform.

·         Costco does not want “robots” for these roles – meaning that they
want folks that have the ability to communicate, work in a team and
individual environment, use their past experiences to       help guide
Costco down the right path.  Simply having the ability to take direction
well will not work for Costco’s needs – they need folks who can lead and
guide them.

*Specifics:*

   o    Positions are in the approval process, but if the right candidates
are located now, they will push the PO process hard to get them in ASAP.

   o    Contract-to-hire (CTH) is desirable, but not a requirement (must
hold green card or be a U.S. Citizen to be considered CTH)

   o    Minimum of 5-8 years experience.

   o    Do NOT oversell candidates on this requisition – they will be
highly visible and will fail miserably if they are not qualified.
