*Position : Production Support Lead * *Location : The Bay Area, CA* *Duration : 12 Months Plus Possible Extensions* *Rate: $Open/HR (All Inclusive)* *Start Date: ASAP* ***Final Round Skype for Non-Local Candidates*** We are looking for a lead for a small Production support team for a Mobile Wallet application. The lead will be responsible for managing production support by working with onsite and offshore support teams to resolve level 2 issues and to set up new payment processors and merchants for the wallet product. They will coordinate between onsite and offshore teams and provide guidance to the teams, as wells as work with the client to escalate issues, risks and dependencies related to the wallet product or the onboarding of payment processors/merchants. Incident status and management, reporting, and ensuring the team identifies problems and performs root cause analysis are part of the role. This person will be responsible for working with the team to develop and maintain a System health matrix, System Usage snapshot, System Response time, Weekly, monthly reports on tickets handled & resolved, escalations, SLA Compliance, and other documentation to be developed as required. The Production Support Lead will be the single point of contact for the client production issues. Skills Required: Hands on with Unix, troubleshooting, database, scripting, reports preferred but not required. Good understanding of SLAs, dependencies, support tools.
