Location: Bloomington, IL Bill rate: $45 Duration: 6 months Start date: Immediate Serves as liaison/ambassador to support quality of the Integrated Customer Platform/Technical Platform. Is a subject matter expert for the infrastructure testing practices and deliverables. Provides testing consulting to various teams within ICP/TP. Champions use of test automation. Creates and maintains test documentation for each testing effort (eg. Test Plans, Test Cases, etc…). Ensures timely completion of appropriate and accurate testing deliverables throughout the project life cycle. Is accountable for identifying, documenting and managing risks and defects associated to the products (with escalation). Keeps the Test Manager/Lead informed of all issues that may need to be escalated. Seeks to understand and remain current on technology. Provides technical assistance in evaluating new solutions. Validates and verify that solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Provides suggestions for testing improvement SOWs. The combination of technical expertise and ability to navigate the organization and build relationships is critical. QA Analysts must have excellent communication skills from both written- and verbal- perspectives. Individuals in this role should enjoy interacting with others, have a passion for technology, and enjoy multi-tasking and quickly adjusting to shifting priorities.
