The client looking for looking for a driven, enthusiastic Quality Assurance Technical Lead with industry experience to join our high performing team of technology professionals. In this role the QA candidate will be responsible for analyzing software functionality, designing and implementing test cases to fully test software components. The QA Technical Lead will create and maintain detailed test plans. The engineer will be responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, along with associated resources, scripts, expected results, and execution reports. The engineer will work with the development group and product management groups in the requirements definition process to ensure that requirements are clear, unambiguous, and testable. *Key Responsibilities * - Work with analysis and design and development at all stages to promote quality in the Agile framework - Analyze requirements and define test cases that verify the functional sections of the software. - Design and execute test cases including automated tests - Maintain test cases and related resources (test data, expected results, execution reports, etc) with minimal supervision. - Perform the collection and reporting of metrics/statistics on the test application under test. - Provide Accurate, timely and responsive feedback and updates as required *Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills*- 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance. - Degree or equivalent experience in computer sciences or information technology. - A detailed understanding of Quality Assurance - Experience executing tests, analyzing results and reporting issues - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with test automation (preferred tools SCTM and Silk Test) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must possess strong analytical skills. - Must be detail oriented. - Must be able to work independently.
