statement: Looking for a SharePoint Architect / SME with 7-10 years of SharePoint implementation experience. Who can go from top to down. Top, i.t.o reference architectures, patterns, core capabilities, best practices, taxonomies/Content Types, security, tools and Down i.t.o reference implementation help etc. Must have done all the tasks listed below as a SharePoint Domain SME / Sr Developer / Architect - SharePoint 2010 experience is must. Should provide thought leadership on best practices for architectural design. Should understand the Microsoft SharePoint solution stack, and have a thorough understanding of enterprise application integration involving Business Process and Forms, Collaboration, Enterprise Content Management, and Portals. Should lead architecture and design reviews for SharePoint projects. Should provide architectural design and artifacts that meets the project business requirements Should mentor and provide training to internal architect on SharePoint architecture. Setup of content type in SharePoint Develop / contribute towards the process to add/update/delete content type in SharePoint Document / contribute towards the process to setup / manage / govern SharePoint Information Governance Components - Site Classification, Security, Content hub, Metadata management Document SharePoint 2010 application definition criteria / capability artifact - OOTB vs Configuration vs Custom Development Process and procedures for requesting SharePoint application development - SharePoint Designer vs .NET development Develop architecture and interface recommendation with Governance suite, Compliance suite, and 3rd party tool / software integrations / APIs to interface with upstream and downstream systems. Harmon.ie and T360 integration experience is desired (not must) Develop migration plan for existing SharePoint sites to this new governance structure. Develop SharePoint Site Audit and change control process / best practices Should have experience working with business stakeholders, proposing ways to implement complex business requirements. Good to have: SharePoint implementation is a financial domain in desired. Contribute to setup SharePoint development support team (L3), support process and provide technical training to the support team Develop standard configuration and deployment plans for SharePoint Should provide guidance on Capacity planning of the infrastructure that meets project business requirements.
