Dept: Corporate Finance Mgr is looking for a BSA/DA to work in the Home Loans space. There are many loan migrations going on and this will be impacting the underlining Data Warehouse. He is looking for a BSA/DA with SAS, SQL, Unix and Excel. This consultant will be working in an agile pod and will be representing Ben’s team in the pod. The BSA role will be to get the requirements, document processes, test cases, coding – remediate the SQL scripts. No VB scripting is necessary. Need to be independent so they can gather the documentation and then perform the data analytics. 90% of the job is identifying what you need to code 10% of the job is coding Project will be for 9 months – 1 year Position is in Richmond, there is a possibility to travel to Plano, TX or Wilmington, DE (Client will pay for this) Interviews- next week Description from the mgr Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to: - Independently representing the requirements of the team in larger project meetings - Evaluating changes to existing data sources, databases, relational models to understand impacts to team’s existing processes - Remediate technological processes based on required changes - Ensure processes are appropriately tested and documented Requirements: - 3-5 years experience with Financial Services clients - COF experience Preferred but not required - Experience with Home Loans, Commercial Loans, and/or Retail Banking preferred - Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key milestones - 3+ years prior data analyst experience preferred including experience with technologies such as UNIX, SAS, and SQL - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver highly technical information to a broader audience beyond the team lead while influencing within the team - Exposure to working with third parties and suppliers Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
