Duration: 9 months Required Skill: BGV required *Feel free to contact me for further details: Name: Jeeva, E-mail: [email protected], Ph: (609) 890 0316 x802* *Job Description:* · Installation, configuration and upgrading of ETL server software and related products on UNIX platform ? · Evaluate various ETL tool features ? · Participate in job design and make sure that it is following the standards ? · Implement and maintain ETL security ? · Perform job tuning and make sure that environment is optimally configured ? · Environment preparation and migrate different component of ETL tools ? · Maintain documentation and standards ? · Plan growth and changes (capacity planning) ? · Investigate complex ETL related issues and provide / suggest solution to team. ? · Knowledge of shell scripting to automate day to day operations ? · Work as part of a team and provide support in shift ? · Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development team members ? · Interface with product vendor for technical support ? · Patch Management and Version Control Skills ? · Good understanding of the ETL tool and related utilities and tools ? · Good understanding of UNIX operating system and shell scripting ? · Good knowledge of installing, configuration and administrating ETL tool ? · Ability to perform both job tuning and monitoring? · Knowledge of ALL backup and recovery scenarios? · Good knowledge of ETL security management? · Experience in code migration, ETL code change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle ? · A sound knowledge of both ETL and system performance tuning? · A ETL administrator should have sound communication skills with management, development teams and systems administrators? · A candidate should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines? · Understanding of oracle database and reporting tool would be an added advantage. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
