Job: IT BUSINESS ANALYST Location: CA Duration: 3 month+ Oracle R12 Financials & Procurement and ramping up a support organization to help the user community with the daily challenges that are arising. The IT Business Analyst will be working with users and Business Process Owners and the Implementation Project Team to understand and analyze problems that the off-shore support team is not able to resolve. Daily activities include: · Process/system analyses, defining requirements for identified gaps, work with the implementation, support and development teams to address those gaps. · Coaching and training users and/or team members where required. · Work side by side with users on business critical activities during month-end. Position Requirements: · Oracle AR/AP 11i/12 (or comparable) highly desirable · Strong customer service, written and oral communication/interpersonal skills · Background in Finance Systems implementation and support · Minimum of 5 years implementing and supporting Financials System including Oracle R12 · Exposure to Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, i-Expenses and other Financials applications a plus. · Knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle and large-scale ERP implementations.
