Main modules include Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self Service and ELM (Enterprise Learning Management). Must be able to provide best practices, fit/gap and business rules as well as be able to read/understand complex technical documents. There will be no coding here, however a strong technical background is preferred. This project is mainly around the personal and pay system. Experience with Rules Engine and Optum preferred.
