This includes working with owners of these sites and managing deployment dates. Once migrated, work with business users to best use the new capabilities of the site. Support SharePoint enhancement related project implementations i.e. Component Extranet, Board of Directors, Insider, which includes the following: Develop and maintain SharePoint Roadmap Coordinate enhancement projects and new features Disseminate SharePoint information to users Work with business to implement LCAP, online leadership curriculum being developed through a grant to the University of Utah, with the following scope of work: Create unique access and permissions based on relationship to program: Component, Director, Facilitator, Participant (at minimum) Site should provide networking opportunity and discussion-driven learning User groups should be automatically updated through NetForum Components should be able to update user groups Videos directly embedded on site Downloads available as PDFs, JPEGS, MOV, and DOC files Support business by providing them with Client Branding guidelines in setting up any intranet and extranet site to ensure consistency. Research best implementation strategy and plan for project timeline to rollout PM Central software based on Client’s environment using Bamboo Solutions. Research and implement a SharePoint based solution for Incident Mgmt (Service Advisories only) and a Change Management workflow. Implement new section on the Insider (once migrated to SharePoint 2010) for a database of the research conducted by various teams at the Client, including survey reports, executive summaries, etc. with the capability to include a brief description and a link to download it. This database should be made searchable within intranet. Manage day-to-day SharePoint support to Staff. This will be a combination of SharePoint operations, light development, training and consulting. Manage Help Desk tickets related to client’s SharePoint environment. This includes delivering efficient support in diagnosing, tracking and resolving issues as quickly as possible. Provide advice, best practice, and management of the SharePoint platform, policies and processes to Staff internally. If possible, design a workflow solution using SharePoint to track and monitor system service advisories to achieve service performance objectives such as short response time.
