Manage and resolve problems identified by sys admins or monitoring software . Experience with change and problem management tools. Hardware / software fault detection and vendor liaison. Analyze and resolve escalated problems within defined SLA Investigate, identify and document proposals that will improve application recoverability and performance. Maintain, Document and implement changes to technical standards as required. Ensure that customer satisfactory levels are exceeded. Solid understanding of Linux based operating systems.
