Suggest and promote improvements in performance, scalability, usability, and maintainability. Present and support ideas during design collaboration; implement and support the team s design during development. Conform to and coach others on best practices. Commit to team success through Agile planning, estimating, and presentation meetings. Write and perform unit tests to confirm proper functionality. Design and conduct load tests to confirm scalability and performance. Coordinate and collaborate with team members and other teams to ensure organization-wide success in both functionality and delivery timelines. REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of Core Java (1.5/1.6)/J2EE. Experience with frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate and JPA. Experience in WebServices using SOAP and RESTful frameworks. Solid knowledge of XML technologies and XML parsing tools. Experience with version control, build tools like Eclipse, SVN, CVS, Git, Maven, and Jenkins/Hudson. Experience with Web UI toolkits such as JQuery and experience with JSON. Experience with event driven message queuing technologies and caching frameworks. Well versed in unit testing using JUnit/mock frameworks.
