Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills . 6+ years of experience in the field of .Net Development . 5-6 years .Net development using Visual Studio 2010 (C#) Technical Must . WPF, C#. .NET Framework 4.0 Mastery of all aspects of .Net development, especially: . XPF (XAML) . Encoding and Localization . Regular Expressions . LINQ (to object and to XML) . Task Parallel Library . Threading and Synchronization . WCF/ASMX/REST Client and Service . Binary Serialization Demonstrated applications design and development experience. Roles and responsibility Assignments will include but not limited to: . Requirements gathering/facilitation . Development . Testing . Implementation . Documentation Requirements - Weekly status report, design and code reviews, cross training/transition of work to Full Time personnel. Desirable Technical / Functional Skills . Guide onshore and offshore Developers to ensure standards are met . Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle . Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products . Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks . Create Preliminary and Detail design document based on the business requirement . Good written and oral communication .
