Selenium experience They must have worked with some type of automated testing tool for the majority of their experience. Experience with writing/executing test plans for automated functional (black box) testing and regression testing. Experience in troubleshooting found problems and document issues Experience with creating and executing SQL database queries is preferred. Good initiative, self-motivated, dependable resource, who can be assertive and be a “go getter” as needed Must be able to work independently and have a “Can Do” attitude about them. Good requirements analysis abilities. Good working knowledge of quality assurance, system development methodologies and the SDLC preferred. Must be solid in Requirements Analysis Must have strong Communication Skills Must demonstrate Assertiveness, Proactive style, Active Participation in meetings Reliable, Dependable, Adaptable/Flexible Accountable to the management of timeline Candidate cannot have an active H1B application that is needing support Familiarity with tools like JIRA would be a bonus Working experience with Quality Center and ClearQuest preferred.
