 Candidate must have strong programming experience in PowerBuilder and SQL
Server..
--Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support
for a legacy client-server HR Personnel Management System that interfaces
with an external payroll system. Work closely with the HR staff to
thoroughly understand business process.
--Troubleshoot and support the HR Personnel Management system on a daily
basis.
--Learn and follow all internal project management / system development
methodologies. Keep personnel information confidential.
--Experience in converting client-server applications to web-based
applications.
--DB2 and mainframe a plus for troubleshooting and understanding the
payroll process.
--Programmer capabilities with advanced knowledge in PowerBuilder
experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals,
independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of
creativity and latitude is expected.
