*Position : Business Analyst - Clinical IT - Healthcare*
*Location : Minnetonka, MN*
*Duration : 6-12 months*



Description:

Production Issue Management • Acting as liaison between Clinical IT and
Segments to resolve production issues & defects. • Help prioritizing
clinical application problem tickets with business segments by
understanding, identifying and articulating impact to their business
operations • Monitor email box for escalated production issues •
Participate in cross-functional teams to analyze issues • Review Problem
Tickets and Incident tickets to understand issues and correlate to clinical
• Maintain database, issue trackers and COSS email box • This function
works in the business analysis and production post- warranty phase of the
system development cycle and consults with users to understand business
processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. •
Interface with business to understand clinical platform issues and impact
to their operations • Interface with technology and business stakeholders
to facilitate ongoing activity, engage appropriate stakeholders, monitor
status of issue and communication. • Review Problem Tickets with SSS team
prior to presentation to the business • Interface with Help Desk and
Clinical IT on clinical platform issues, liaison to business.  Attend
regular and ad hoc meetings and interpret issues, issue profiling,
validation and tracking Experience/Qualifications • Experience in managing
production issues across several platforms • Clinical Operations Business
Operations experience – this is needed in order to be able to understand
the impact of the production issue to the business process • Experience
with Care One or ICUE and HPSD application preferred – will need to learn
the clinical application from a working knowledge perspective in order to
understand the production issue and be able to recreate it, and think
through workarounds for the business • Excel experience • Anticipates
customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them. • Excellent
customer service follow-through skills
