The Project Manager’s role is to ensure the smooth deployment of A-Life Medical products and services in various disparate customer locations. Project Managers report to the Director of Client Services. 1) Manages multiple software and service implementations at a time. 2) Represents the company with major customers, vendors, business partners and the public. 3) Resolves problems, project questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure implementations stay on track. 4) Completes all necessary project management documentation, work plans, system communications and CRM updates. 5) Creates, tests and deploys required software application components for customer implementations. 6) Communicates clearly with Manager and colleagues regarding changes in workload or schedules.
