Candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting the native iOS UPS Mobile app. Candidate will work closely within a small Agile team consisting of other programmers, QA analysts, business analysts, UI design specialists, project sponsors, and business representatives to implement new functionality and release high-quality, customer facing apps at frequent intervals throughout the year. Details of Position: Development of native iOS mobile apps using Agile development methodology. Skills needed include Objective C, XCode, iOS simulator, implementation of web services interfaces, iOS app build process, iTunes app submission process, Apple developers account provisioning profiles and certificates, ZBar. Management Skills: Strong verbal communications skills; ability to work effectively individually and to collaborate in group settings; interface with non-IT groups such as business representatives, marketing sponsors, UI design specialists.
