Experience must include business and systems analysis, requirements gathering utilizing JAD sessions, client interviews, and subject matter experts. 2. 60 Months Experience in developing business requirement documents and end user documentation using Microsoft tools (i.e., use cases, flow charts, report and screen mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs) 3. 60 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience in quality assurance testing and development of user acceptance documents. 4. 12 months Experience in Agile environment working as Scrum Master 5. 12 Months Experience working with complex financial data in government environment. 6. Certified Scrum Master (SCM) designation.
