The Lead JavaScript Developer position is back open. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI – must work onsite. They are looking for a JavaScript Lead – someone who is able to give suggestions and on top of the new technologies. Below are a few examples of interview questions and the job description. Please send candidates to me. *Job Description:* *Lead JavaScript Developer:* Front-End Engineers are responsible for coding, testing, documenting and delivering cross-browser web sites / applications that separate structure, presentation, and behavior using semantic markup, CSS, and unobtrusive JavaScript. They pay attention to detail, scalability, performance & maintainability. They have a broad understanding of modern web development practices. Their front-end code will be integrated into a large software applications. They constantly keep up to date on new front-end development methods and technologies. 5+ years of consumer-facing web front-end development experience. Tech Skills: ? HTML5 ? CSS3 (LESS or some CSS preprocessor experience) ? JavaScript (jQuery / jQuery UI / AJAX / JSON / RESTful service integration) ? jQuery Mobile (or some mobile web framework) ? backbone.js (or some JavaScript MV* framework) ? JavaScript Task Automation (e.g. Grunt, node.js) Experience with: ? standards-compliant code / cross-browser compliant code ? responsive design ? polyfills/shims ? web performance best practices ? progressive enhancement ? device/browser-specific testing and debugging Added bonus: ?
