*Avaya ACIS/ACSS* Certifications for *Avaya Aura Contact Center*
Experience with Interactive Voice Response systems
Experience configuring *Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)* with
Salesforce.com
and BMC Remedy

*Education or Equivalent Experience:*
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
At least four years’ experience configuring and managing call center
scripting
Description: is seeking an experienced Call Center Developer/Administrator
to join our team and make an immediate impact to Contact Center operations.
The contact center environment is based on a Global Avaya Aura Contact
Center (*AACC-SIP*) Multimedia deployment and regional *Nortel AACC-AML* and
Symposium deployments in five countries providing Customer Operations,
Sales, and Billing services to clients worldwide.

This dedicated *Call Center Developer/Administrator* position is new to ,
and the selected candidate will be instrumental in defining process and
procedures for managing Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) for the Avaya Aura
Contact Center platform.
The position will work closely with Telecom Design Engineers, Operations
Engineers, and Technicians to implement advanced contact center
technologies and complete the migrations from regional contact centers to
the new global platform.


Job Requirements: *Position Objectives:*
Establish strong relationships with *Contact Center* users and understand
their multimedia contact communications needs Assist in updating and
implementing processes and procedures for processing and performing c*ontact
center MACs*

*Essential duties:*
· Design multimedia contact center flows required to meet business needs
· Be a subject matter expert on contact center routing
· Work closely with IT Network and Telecom Engineering to develop
strategies for continual service improvement
· Follow standard processes for design, deployment, and documentation of
the Global Contact Center infrastructure and multimedia routing
· Work with Network and Telecommunications Operations Engineers and
Technicians on advanced feature implementations
· Understand, and take ownership of, the impact of all system changes in a
24x7 global environment
