Title: Senior Software Test Engineer posted on 2013-10-29 08:24:26 Job Description:*NEED ONLY US CITIZENS* *HIGHLY PREFER LOCALS/ F2F INTERVIEW AFTER INITIAL TELEPHONIC ROUND* The Senior Software Test Engineer’s role is to develop and enforce quality standards and measures for software development life cycle within the Enterprise Services IT organization. The Senior Engineer plays an instrumental role in defining testing processes, driving test methods and test metrics. The Senior Engineer applies proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT projects through risk based system testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT projects Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years direct experience in designing and implementing quality control standards for software testing. Must have expert level hands-on knowledge in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for generating automated functional and load tests. Must be able to generate detailed reports from TFS. Must be able to manage/use Microsoft SharePoint 2010 at a site admin level which includes: o Setting up a basic site collection. o Turning on and feature sets and understanding the effect. o Creating lists and templates based on testing needs. o Adding permissions and site access groups. Must have a basic understanding of SQL generated reports and how to modify them. Experience working within Agile SCRUM software development teams. Proven ability to participate in requirements and design reviews, develop test plans, write and execute test cases in a fast paced software development environment.
