Good morning, I have an immediate need for a Peoplesoft HCM Test Lead in Vienna, VA. We are focusing on finding candidates in the local area (MD, DC, VA) but if the candidate is willing to work 5 days a week on site, we will consider them for the position. Thank you. * * *9+ Month Contract Opportunity in Vienna, VA* *Visa Status: US citizen, GC, EAD* *Rate: $DOE/hr (flexible depending on experience)* *Interview process: Phone Interview* **** Candidate must work 5 days a week on site**** * * *Essential Functions: * Our direct client is looking for a PeopleSoft Test Lead will coordinate and manage all Systems and User Acceptance activities for all relevant business processes, based on a PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 platform. The Test Lead will be able to identify, plan, and execute a testing approach. The test lead will have thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and will be familiar with HR best practices. In addition to testing responsibilities, the Test Lead will participate in Design activities, working closely with functional and technical experts in the creation of a seamless, end-to-end solution. *Required Skill Set * • Expert knowledge of planning and executing PeopleSoft testing efforts • Ability to create a Test Script summary to be used for planning Test Cycle execution, including identification of high risk areas, based on criticality and complexity • Expertise in creating System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts and associated Test Scenarios for all business functions in project scope: Profile Management, Performance Management (ePerformance), Succession/Career Planning, including Reports and Interfaces, Data Conversions, limited eProfile Self Service, Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Manager • Experience in maintaining Issue and Defect tracking via a central repository • Expertise in tracking and disseminating test results against the Test Plan • At least three successful PeopleSoft implementations performing Testing planning and execution duties. • Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules including HRMS, Performance Management(ePerformance), Profile Management, and Talent Acquisition Manager • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with various 3rd party teams and resources • Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
