Our client is looking for additional candidates for a Quality Assurance Specialist opportunity located in Atlanta, GA. *This position will move*. Performs analysis on current projects or programs to review quality levels and defines necessary improvements in the existing quality management framework. Collects and organizes data and prepares reports. May serve as lead worker and/or supervise lower staff. *Job Responsibilities * · Documents underlying trends, irregularities and possible causes of problems in quality · Evaluates data for quality, completeness and correctness · Performs validation of project deliverables to ensure adequacy · Documents Quality Assurance reviews in line with the SAO Project Methodology · Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for project and operational Quality Assurance, and identifies and implements improvements identified · Creates and manages the Quality Management Plan · Identifies training needs and collateral, providing guidance and training to customers or less experienced staff · Supervises the creation of plans and facilitates the daily operation of Quality Assurance checks · Provides high-level customer service and program information or materials to internal and external customers or clients · Prepares and delivers Quality Assurance reports, analysis and provides recommendations to improve Quality Standards · Understands, adheres to and champions SAO Project Methodology and SDLC · Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision · Serves as the Quality Assurance expert and organization resource · Conducts and coordinates research in Quality Assurance, to support strategic and business planning and project management · Manages the project defect resolution process · May supervise staff * * *Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality assurance or a related area OR six years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst · Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (5+ years) · Experience with QTP 11 or 11.5 · Experience testing in Peoplesoft Financials or HCM · ASQ Quality Assurance Auditor Certification · Supervisory experience Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
